Ages from right to left:

8 years old - Would have just left the village to train with Tsunade
12 years old - Would have returned from training with Tsunade for 4 years and became Genin, then would go on to become a chunin before joining the Akatsuki
15 years old - Been with the Akatsuki for 3 years
15 years old again - Being controlled by her safe guard Kou
16 years old - Returned to the Hidden Leaf village and becomes Jonin
16 years old again - War outfit
